Welcome to Flow Space
A space to meet yourself, again and again.
Through movement, creativity, ritual, rest, and connection, Flow Space invites you to explore the many layers of who you are.
Not to become someone else, but to discover what becomes possible when you give yourself space to simply be.
Come as you are. Explore all that you are.
Find your way into Flow Space.
There is no one way to begin.
I want to reconnect with myself.
Explore embodiment through sensual movement, somatic practices, creativity, and self-reflection. Whether you're craving deeper connection with your body, space to express yourself, or simply time that's entirely yours, these experiences invite you to meet yourself exactly where you are.
I want to learn pole or dance.
Whether you're touching a pole for the first time or developing your own movement style, explore personalized instruction in pole technique, choreography, floorwork, and creative expression. Build your skills, discover new possibilities, and make your movement your own.
I'm planning something special.
From birthdays and bachelorette celebrations to intimate gatherings with friends, create an experience that's anything but ordinary. Explore private pole parties, sensual movement experiences, creative workshops, and customized celebrations designed around your group.
I want to connect with others.
Join us for intimate workshops, creative gatherings, embodiment circles, and multi-week group experiences. These are spaces to move, make art, share stories, rest, and connect with people who are also curious about themselves and the world around them.
I'm looking for an experience for my team or organization.
Bring something different to your workplace, retreat, studio, or community. Flow Space offers customized group experiences combining movement, creativity, connection, and wellness, with opportunities for team-building, collaborative exploration, and meaningful time together.
I want to explore from home.
Your exploration doesn't have to happen in person. Discover virtual embodiment experiences, guided movement, pole education, and creative resources designed to bring Flow Space into your everyday life, wherever you are.
Hi, I'm Cassie.
I'm a movement artist, embodiment guide, and the founder of Flow Space.
I created this space from a belief that movement, creativity, and connection can open doors to parts of ourselves we haven't yet explored.
My work is an invitation to explore yourself through experience, rather than expectation.
