Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Cassie.
I’m a pole dancer, movement instructor, embodiment coach, and the creator of Flow Space.
Movement became my doorway back to myself during seasons where I felt disconnected from my body, emotions, confidence, and identity. What began as physical training slowly became emotional release, nervous system healing, self-expression, and transformation.
Over the years, I started noticing that so many women weren’t actually looking for another workout. They were looking for permission:
to feel
to soften
to express
to take up space
to reconnect with themselves again
That became the foundation of Flow Space.
Today, I blend pole dance, somatic movement, yoga, strength training, nervous system education, and feminine embodiment practices to create experiences that help women reconnect to their bodies in a grounded, human, and sustainable way.
My approach is gentle, expressive, and deeply rooted in the belief that women are not broken and do not need fixing.
They need safety. They need space. They need reconnection.
And sometimes movement becomes the bridge back home.
